Refund & Cancellation Policy

At VP Aura Creative Studio (operated under the brand identity "DIGIGROW"), we specialize in delivering premium, high-end AI product imagery and cinematic reels. Because our deliverables are custom-made digital assets requiring immediate graphic processing power and direct expert queue mapping, we enforce a strict refund and cancellation framework.

1. No-Refund Policy

All transactions processed across our checkout links (including our ₹199 Demo, ₹299 Demo Plus, ₹599 and ₹1199 Starter packages) are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable. Once payment is confirmed by Cashfree, our production server spaces and premium software keys are locked to map your specific project requirements, making expense retrieval impossible.

2. Project Cancellation Limits

Clients cannot request cancellation or order termination once assets (product photographs or design requirements) have been dispatched via our WhatsApp or Email form routing setups. If a client chooses to abandon a campaign or stops sending required files, the operational queue slot will automatically expire after 7 business days without any refund allocation.

3. Revision Management Rules

We do not issue partial or full structural refunds based on subjective style variations or personal aesthetic disagreements. To ensure client satisfaction, package tiers are fitted with clear revision parameters:

• ₹199 Demo Package: Strictly zero revisions included.
• ₹299 Demo Plus Package: Fitted with exactly 1 adjustment loop.
• ₹599 Starter Package: Fitted with exactly 2 premium adjustments loops.
• ₹1199 PREMIUM Package: Fitted with exactly 2 premium adjustments loops.

All revision requirements must match the original raw images submitted and cannot be used to completely substitute a new product model entirely.

4. Failed or Double Transactions

In cases where a technical glitch causes a double payment debited through Cashfree for the exact same order tier, the accidental secondary transaction will be completely reversed. Such gateway reversal processes usually reflect within 5 to 7 business banking days depending on your native card issuer or net-banking framework.
