Welcome to VP Aura Creative Studio (operated under the brand identity "DIGIGROW"). By accessing our website, purchasing our visual design packages, or submitting your brand assets via our requirement sheets, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Service Scope & Packages

We provide custom digital media production services including AI product imagery and cinematic short-form video design. Our service constraints are strictly bound to the package tier purchased during checkout:

• ₹199 Demo Package: Includes 4 Premium AI Creatives with a 24 to 48-hour delivery timeline. Strictly no revisions or adjustments are included under this special introductory plan.
• ₹299 Demo Plus Package: Includes 1 Product Mapping, 2 Premium AI Images, and 1 Cinematic Reel with a 48-hour delivery window. This plan includes exactly 1 dedicated revision loop.
• ₹599 Starter Package: Includes 2 Product Mappings, 6 Premium AI Images, and 2 Cinematic Reels with a 24-48 hour priority delivery window. This plan includes exactly 2 dedicated revision loops.
• ₹1199 PREMIUM Package: Includes 5 Product Mappings, 15 Premium AI Images, and 5 Cinematic Reels with a 24-48hour priority delivery window. This plan includes exactly 2 dedicated revision loops.

2. Client Asset Submission Requirements

To lock your operational design queue slot, you must submit the required materials immediately after transaction completion using our WhatsApp or email routing hub:

• Clear, high-quality, raw product photographs.
• Valid Cashfree payment completion screenshot/receipt.
• Accurate background style preferences via our Requirements Sheet.

We are not responsible for delayed delivery timelines if the assets provided by you are corrupted, blurred, or submitted late.

3. Delivery Timelines & Mode

All finalized premium assets are delivered exclusively via digital channels (direct WhatsApp transmission or Google Drive link sharing over email). Since our delivery queue operates on a structured timeline countdown (24-48 hours), any delivery extensions required due to extreme custom complexities or server dependencies will be communicated to you proactively.

4. No-Refund & Modification Rules

Because our services involve immediate, high-end server allocation and custom asset design production, all payments processed via Cashfree are 100% final, non-refundable, and non-creditable once design work has commenced. Revision requests outside your designated package tier limitations will incur separate custom processing charges.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon final delivery and successful verification of the funds, you receive full commercial rights to use, post, distribute, and display the delivered AI images and cinematic reels for your commercial advertising, Meta Ads, and social media platforms. VP Aura Creative Studio retains the secondary right to display generated visuals within our own portfolio matrix for creative demonstration loops unless strictly requested otherwise.
